Outpacing any other single real estate brand, KW represented 14.8% of the 50,524 top-producing, U.S.-based agents and real estate teams ranked in 2026.

An annual ranking of the top 1,000 national agents and real estate teams, the 2026 RealTrends Verified ‘The Thousand’ recognized 98 KW-affiliated real estate agents and teams, equating to 31 agents and 67 real estate teams.
More than two-thirds of KW’s showing within ‘The Thousand’ came from teams, highlighting the strength of KW’s team-building ecosystem.

- KW ranked No.1: 13 KW-affiliated mega teams ranked in the Top 51, or 25.5% of that list.
