TORRANCE, Calif., Nov. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is pleased to announce that Tiana Marbuery, PLS, has joined the firm as Technical Director in the ALTA Division. With more than eight years of experience in land surveying and geospatial services, Ms. Marbuery brings extensive expertise in survey operations, project management, and technical leadership to further strengthen Partner’s ALTA surveying capabilities and support the evolving needs of its clients.

In her new role, Ms. Marbuery will oversee surveying operations, project delivery and technical quality for public and private sector projects. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, quality assurance, resource management, and client relations. She will also focus on integrating advanced surveying technologies and streamlined workflows to improve project efficiency, accuracy, and client service.

Ms. Marbuery has more than five years of project and operations leadership experience, managing survey departments, multidisciplinary teams, and field crews. Her technical expertise spans boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, right-of-way mapping, utility investigations, construction staking, and land development. She has supported transportation, infrastructure, environmental, commercial, municipal, and residential development projects, helping clients navigate complex surveying requirements and make informed development decisions.

Ms. Marbuery holds an Associate of Science degree, earned cum laude, from York Technical College and is completing a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, with an anticipated graduation in Fall 2026. She also plans to pursue her MBA in 2027.
